Are you looking for an outside space to put on an event, that’s central and easily accessible to local residents and visitors? If so, we would welcome a conversation with you on how we might support this. We will be able to advise, depending on what you are looking to deliver, what would be the best location in the town. We may be able to further support your event with the loan of equipment, such as gazebos, tables and chairs.

We have a duty to understand more about the event before it’s commissioned, and know that the space will be used safely and respectfully. Therefore, we will require to see a number of documents (as appropriate), such as:

• Public liability insurance
• Risk assessment
• Food hygeiene certification

You will be issued a contract in advance of the land hire, which will include a set of rules which must be adhered to and payment terms.
