Somerset Council’s Street Works team have alerted us of the below –

Somerset Councils contractor, Kier, will be carrying out urgent carriageway repairs on Furnham Road, Chard, to address safety concerns and reduce risks to road users.

The works are scheduled for Thursday 11 December, starting at approximately 7:30am, and will be completed under a short-duration road closure. The works are expected to take no longer than 30 minutes. The affected section is between the A30 and Furnham Church Road.
