Somerset Health Walks, delivered by Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership (SASP), provide free, friendly, and accessible walks for people of all ages and abilities. Walks are fortnightly on a Wednesday, starting at 10am from Springfield Surgery, Summerfields Road, Chard, TA20 2EW.

Get active, feel good, and meet others with SASP Somerset Health Walks!

Enjoy regular, free walks for all abilities, led by friendly volunteers or local health professionals. Choose from gentle beginner walks of around 30 minutes through to moderate and advanced walks.

All walks are completely FREE! Most walks stop at a local café, where refreshments are available to purchase.
