The Council is aware that the redacted copy of the recently published Independent Report has been reversed by person / persons unknown. The Council apologises to anyone who is affected by this and asks that anyone with access to a copy with the redactions undone deletes it, does not share it and removes it from any social media channels. The Council has self-reported itself for the breach to the Information Commissioner.
