Wales and West Utilities are currently commencing a gas pipe upgrade scheme in close proximity to the local school. During the works to ensure road users, pedestrians and our colleagues are safe there will be various traffic management in place throughout the works, including road closures. They advise of an urgent road closure required on Avishayes road, Chard. Unfortunately, due to engineering difficulties they are going to require an urgent road closure on the junction of Henson Park with Avishayes Road. The road closure will be from the 6th until the 10th May.
